I haven't posted anything new because I've been on vacation. I'm really struggling to get back into some form of schedule to make sure I have enough time for my art. The weather has been dreadful and I just couldn't take any good pictures.

I've never had problems being inspired but I do struggle to choose one of my ideas I should eventually sculpt. Lately I've been thinking about creating a fairytale series that has a dark biopunk theme. I've done just one for now, it's called The Fairest of them All, so you can guess who it is. This one is not so dark overall, it's quite colorful actually, but it kinda has a creepy vibe to it.

Regina ciupercutelor/ The mushroom Queen

To reach the Mushroom Queen one must take a delightful walk through the woods on a certain path; that path is almost always adorned with beautiful cherry tree branches and flowers in all shades and shapes. You will soon reach the place where Queen of the Dancing Mushrooms lives. If you are a lucky soul, you might even see the Mushroom Queen dancing after each rain in the fields around, togehter with thousands of small mushrooms from the Fortress of the Dancing Mushrooms.However, if you don't see the Queen, you are still in luck because she might drop one of these pendants after each rain.

Daca mergi prin padure dupa ploaie pe o anumita carare presarata cu ramuri de cires si frunze de toate culorile ajungi la curtea Reginei Ciupercilor Dansatoare. Daca esti norocos, in pajistile inconjuratoare o poti vedea pe Regina Ciupercilor dansand dupa fiecare ploaie impreuna cu miile de ciupercute din Cetatea Ciupercutelor Dansatoare.

Chiar daca nu o vezi pe Regina, tot ramai norocos pentru ca poti gasi in iarba un pandantiv ca acesta infatisand-o pe ea. 

Tropical Challenge Revista Atelierul

Revista Atelierul has a tropical challenge and I've submitted the following girl to them. I loved this challenge so much and I loved working with such bright and beautiful colors. I know I've mentioned this before, but Revista Atelierul challenges always inspire me and I can't wait to see what the challenge is going to be for the next month.

Revista Atelierul are o provocare tropicala si am trimis urmatoarea lucrare. Mi-a placut foarte mult aceasta provocarea si mi-am dat seama ca imi place sa lucrez cu culori mai deschise. Stiu ca am mai spus asta dar provocarile Revistei Atelierul mereu ma inspira si abia astept sa vad ce au pregatit pentru luna viitoare.

Sunshine and Mint/ Raze de soare si menta

I made a few more pendants in some very summery colors. I've been thinking about doing a beautiful minty color pendant and here it is, along with the yellow one. I also used some Swarovski crystals on both of them and I ordered quite a few so you will be seeing more sparkles.

Am mai facut cateva pandantive in culori de vara. M-am gandit sa fac ceva cu o culoare de menta si iata-l impreuna cu cel galben. Am folosit si cristale Swarovski pe amandoua si am comandat destul de multe asa ca o sa mai vedeti chestii stralucitoare.
