I haven't posted anything new because I've been on vacation. I'm really struggling to get back into some form of schedule to make sure I have enough time for my art. The weather has been dreadful and I just couldn't take any good pictures.
I've never had problems being inspired but I do struggle to choose one of my ideas I should eventually sculpt. Lately I've been thinking about creating a fairytale series that has a dark biopunk theme. I've done just one for now, it's called The Fairest of them All, so you can guess who it is. This one is not so dark overall, it's quite colorful actually, but it kinda has a creepy vibe to it.

Learning...
This year has been awesome for me in terms of learning new things. I've started sculpting human faces and I've made quite some progress, so I'm proud of myself. I've also started my Etsy store and I'm trying to figure that out too. I hope I will be as inspired this year as the next and wish you all a Happy New Year!
These are my latest things that I am really proud to share with whoever is reading my blog.

Overseer
This is not new but it's among the latest sets I've made. It's a biopunk inspired set called Overseer. I've made this using crystals, polymer clay, resin and copper. I had so much fun making it, I would love to make another with different colors but I haven't figured out what combinations I would like to use. As I mentioned in another post, I'm inspired by cyberpunk lately, especially biotechnology and I hope this really reflects my current obsession. Another obsession I have nowadays is marine life, especially fossils, but I'll talk about that in another post as some of my creations haven't been cured yet.

Queen of Hearts and Girls with Flowers
This was just something that I really did not plan. I sculpted the face and then I decided I didn't like how she looked, pretty plain tbh. So I started painting her and got inspired by Alice in Wonderland. I made the Queen of Hearts. She looks a bit crazy but I guess that's the whole idea.
These are just 2 pins I sculpted. I really like how simple they are, although they were not at all simple to make, the hair is such a nuisance. I really like the way I made some of the roses but I hate that I never make them all in the same style. I guess that's pretty amateur-ish

Anachronism Part 2
Here are some other items from my collection, mostly inspired by nature. However, after I finished this collection I got really inspired by some games I've been playing like Technobabylon, Gemini Rue or, perhaps the first cyberpunk game I played, System Shock. Anyway, along with some Alien-esque themes, I will be adding part of that collection in the future.
But here's this collection. I has been a darker period in my life so I think it kinda transcends in what I make.

Tiny Brooch
I made this cute little girl brooch for a summer outfit. I wanted to use a lovely shade of blue and I really like the dark yellow I used for her hair. She reminds me of a Disney princess or a pixelated character from a retro game.

Lilac cat
I made this lilac cat for myself, I needed something colorful and having made so many cats lately I just wanted to have one myself. I enjoy making these cats and since I've started making them, they have suffered quite an improvement.

Spring!
It's almost spring, the sun barely tickles the naked branches but it's getting there.....I was inspired by a lovely lady wanting something flowery so I made this.

I haven't done a lot of things lately mostly because I have been working on larger projects. But I've made a few girl pendants that I really love. For example this one, I like the simple dress and her look a lot. I wanted her to be simple in terms of technique and style.

Totoro
Totoro brooch, polymer clay
I used to love writing more on my blog, now I just can't find the inspiration. Besides, my blog is pretty lonely right now, I'm not sure that people are actually reading it. I really try to stay focused and post something new every day but with everything going on it can be quite difficult. So I never manage. Anyway, here's a Totoro brooch. Kawaii!

Love fairy
I finally managed to make my newest fairy! It's a love fairy because it was Valentine's Day and I thought I'd celebrate it by sculpting something nice.

Christmas stuff - Polymer clay pieces
I haven't done anything for the blog lately but I was away for a few months and quite busy with work. I've managed to do some work since I've got home. Fortunately, I've been spending time at my parents house so no chores for me, which means more time for crafts. I've been painting more jewelry and done a few new polymer clay pieces. For now I will show you the polymer clay pieces.

The Scarlet Siren
I've been doing more and more sculptures lately. I'm trying to improve my technique so that I create better faces. However, it hasn't been a constant thing as I have little to no time due to special orders and work. Hopefully I will be able to start making more exact sculptures this summer.
I wanted to create a pendant that was both feminine and rough. I thought the Scarlet Siren was an appropriate name for it. I will be adding it soon to my Etsy shop.
