Applique Technique Flower Tutorial

I promised you a tutorial and here it is. You will learn how to make earrings like the ones in the following image.

Asa cum v-am promis va prezint mai jos un tutorial prin care sa invatati cum sa faceti cercei ca cei verzi din imagine. De fapt, aceeasi.

So let's start!
Sa incepem!

Tips:
-use a toothpick or a thicker needle to make rounder shapes
-continue applying petals in the free spaces that are formed to create a bigger and more detailed flower
-you can use different petal sizes and shapes  for interesting effects

Sfaturi:
- folositi o scobitoare sau un ac mai gros pentru a da forme mai rotunde
- continuati sa puneti petale in spatiile libere dintre petalele deja puse pentru a face o floare mare si detaliata
-puteti folosi marimi de petale diferite sau forme diferite pentru efecte mai interesante

Princesses of the East/ Printesele Estului

 After 2 weeks of vacation I managed to work on something these days. I made some princesses. There are 6 princesses but I will show only 4 since the others are left to dry.

Dupa 2 saptamani de vacanta, am reusit sa mai lucrez si eu ceva zilele astea. Am facut niste printese, ca asa mi-a venit mie. Sunt 6 in total dar azi va voi prezenta doar 4 caci restul sunt "la uscat".

Bicycle Pendants/ Pandantive Biciclete

A bicycle is always nice but considering the rainy weather outside I shouldn't be thinking too much about it. However, using a bicycle is not just great for your health and overall appearance, but it also good for the environment, so that can be a big incentive for those concerned about it. Inspired by this, I created two bicycle pendants that I hope will inspire you to go outside :D

O bicicleta e intotdeauna draguta dar avand in vedere vremea ploioasa de afara n-ar trebui sa ma gandesc prea mult la asta. Totusi, daca folosesti o bicicleta nu numai ca iti va aduce beneficii pentru sanatate si modul cum arati, dar este buna pentru mediu iar asta poate fi o buna motivatie pentru cei ingrijorati de plouare. Inspirata de biciclete si alte lucruri dragute am facut doua pandantive care sper sa va inspire si pe voi sa iesiti cu bicicleta afara. 

Last days of spring../ Ultimele zile de primavara...

I made a few more springy pendants that feature blossomed flowers because you really get inspired by the weather outside and escaping out in the nature for a while. The first is called Endless Garden and the second is Continuous Blossom.


Am mai facut cateva pandantive primavaratice cu tot felul de flori deoarece am fost inspirata de vremea de-afara si de cateva escapade in natura. Primul se numeste Endless Garden si al doilea Continuous Blossom.  

 

What I've been crafting lately.../ Ce-am mai lucrat in ultimul timp...

I know that I update my Facebook page a lot, well at least a lot more than I update my blog. I've been quite busy lately, I've been working for about 2 months for a collection that will start a series of collection I am planning to do. I have a lot of ideas but so little time to work and there are never enough hours in the day to make sure that I do everything I planned. I'm also a bit of a procrastinator, so there you go, that's the reason why I'm having a hard time updating things. So I've been doing these:

Stiu ca pe pagina de Facebook adaug mai mult continut decat aici dar am fost destul de ocupata in ultima vreme. Lucrez de cateva luni la o colectie ce va incepe o serie de colectii. De asemenea procrastinez foarte mult asa ca asta probabil e principalul motiv pentru care nu prea updatez. Sa va arat totusi ce-am mai lucrat:
